Data Deletion Request

You may ask VORAN PROPERTIES to delete personal information connected with your website enquiries, CRM records, and WhatsApp communications. There is no fee to submit a request. We will review each request and respond through an appropriate verified contact channel.

How to submit a deletion request

Email info@voranproperties.com with the subject Personal Data Deletion Request. You may also contact us by WhatsApp at 0321 0835333 and ask for help submitting the request. Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identity documents.

Information to include

• Your full name.
• The email address and telephone or WhatsApp number used to contact VORAN.
• A short description of the enquiry, conversation, property, or approximate contact date that will help us locate the relevant record.
• Whether your request relates to website information, CRM records, WhatsApp messages, or all relevant records.

Identity verification

To protect customers from unauthorised deletion, we must reasonably verify that the requester is the person connected with the records. We may reply to the email address or WhatsApp number already associated with the enquiry, ask limited questions about the interaction, or request other proportionate verification where necessary. We will not ask for your account password or one-time authentication code.

What happens after a valid request

After verification, we will search the systems reasonably likely to contain the information, which may include website enquiry records, VORAN's CRM, relevant Google services or Google Sheets, WhatsApp-related conversation records under VORAN's control, and connected workflow records. We will delete or anonymise eligible information and take reasonable steps to address copies held by service providers acting for us where appropriate.

We will confirm completion or explain any information we could not delete and the general reason. Some residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backups until they are replaced through normal backup processes, without being used for ordinary business purposes.

Information we may need to retain

A deletion request may not require removal of every record. We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary for applicable legal or regulatory requirements, security and fraud prevention, accounting or transaction records, enforcing agreements, managing a dispute or legal claim, documenting consent or an opt-out, or demonstrating that a request was completed. Any retained information will be limited to the relevant purpose and protected from unrelated use.

WhatsApp and Meta account deletion

This process covers WhatsApp-related personal information controlled by VORAN. It does not delete your WhatsApp account or information controlled independently by Meta. Requests concerning a WhatsApp account should also be made through WhatsApp's own settings or Meta's published privacy channels.
